Answer:
The openUP office doesn't request permission to archive or submit articles to UPSpace from individual authors. According to our policy all UP authored articles (written by staff, students and other personnel) will be accepted in the Research article / openUP collections. Should an author from another institution who co-authored with a UP staff member object with a request to be removed from any of the Research article or OpenUP collections, this request will first be discussed with the UP co-author/s involved. If no consensus could be reached, the article in question will be retracted accordingly.
